Delays on order processing

[Update: 15/10/2020] We are writing to inform you that the recent delays for your deliveries (Amazon Shipping) was due to the instillation of robotics at one of the main Amazon Sort centres in Milton Keynes.  We were assured by Amazon Shipping that their new system will be completed by the end of October which will provide a quicker and more accurate performance. 

We apologise to all the customers that were affected in this matter and thank you for being extremely patient and understanding in this difficult time.
