200g beef fillet, diced in cube
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp butter
- ½ tsp coarse ground black pepper
- Marinate beef with oyster sauce, set aside.
- Stir-fry beef in high heat until medium well, add in the sauce mix, turn down the heat, mix well and serve.
Tips: For more umami taste, replace Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.
