Dear Customer,

The following arrangements has been made to accommodate the increasing volume of orders:

Express service is temporarily suspended until carrier service stabilised.
Frozen items/Chilled items are temporarily suspended until carrier service stabilised.
International shipping is temporarily suspended until carrier service stabilised.
Please be kind and expect delays to your parcel. We are currently expecting delays of 5 working days to dispatch (process) your parcel. Once dispatched, please use tracking number provided for tracking. Please allow additional 3-5 working days for carriers to deliver your parcel.
Order will be processed in the order they are received. We are only able to expedite order with following exceptions: Elderlies (60+), children (-10), medical professionals, law enforcement officers, teachers, couriers. Please email to info@starrymart.co.uk quoting the order number and attach a picture of an I.D. showing your age or work I.D. indicating your profession to apply for the priority shipping privilege.
Please Email Any Delivery Instructions BEFORE we dispatch your order. We are unable to amend any shipping information after dispatching. Any undeliverable parcel returned to us due to missing delivery notice needed, we will deduct shipping fee from the refund.
Out of stock items will be refunded within 3-5 working days after dispatching. We are unable to substitute any product at this point. Out of stock item will be marked on your invoices.
Please report damaged/missing items within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by Email. Please quote your order number and attach photo for damaged/wrong item. Missing items could have been wrapped within smaller packaging. Please kindly check all packaging.
To help our customers get what they need, we’re limiting the number of certain products you can buy. Our temporary cap measures are displayed on the product page.
Any attempts to over purchase such items (e.g. Purchasing with multiple orders or placing orders too frequently) is frowned upon and will be cancelled without prior notice.

As we are diverting as much human resource as possible to dispatch orders, it is not advised to contact us regarding the shipping date of your order. During busy warehousing hours, your calls may not be answered. We therefore advise customers to Email us regarding all customer service issues.
