Daesang Chung Jung One O'food Korean BBQ Bulgogi Marinade for Beef 280g

Korea’s bulgogi/galbi, known as ‘maekjeok’ in Goguryeo period and as ‘neobiani’ in Joseon dynasty, has a history of 600-plus years. As a first seasoning ever in Korea, ‘chungjungone’s meat marinade’ helps ‘Korea’s bulgogi/galbi taste authentic. Chungjungone’s meat marinade is made of local pears and wine/rice wine and makes meat tastes tender and soft.

Ingredients:

Brewed Soy Sauce (Soya, Wheat, Salt, Water, Glucose Syrup, Oyster Extract), Sugar, Fruit Puree (Pear, Apple, Kiwi, Pineapple), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate),Salt, Red Wine, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Black Peper, Citric Acid.
