Thank you for your loyal support. Unfortunately, there is a current shortage of CO2, the main ingredient to produce dry ice. Hence, we have suspended the delivery service for frozen items until the situation is back to normal. There will be an announcement on our website when the service is resumed. Sorry about the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
