Our Delivery Schedule During Christmas & New Year Holidays
- Order contains frozen items: placed before 11:59 pm BTS 19/12/2022 will be dispatched on 21/12/2022 and delivered on 22/12/2022
- Order contains chilled items: placed before 11:59 pm BTS 20/12/2022 will be dispatched on 22/12/2022 and delivered before Christmas
- All the other orders (dry goods only)*: placed before 11:59 pm BTS 20/12/2022 will be dispatched on 22/12/2022 and delivered before Christmas
* Orders placed after 11:59 pm BTS 20/12/2022 will be dispatched until 23/12/2022, but due to the high Christmas volume, carriers may deliver your parcel after Christmas.
- Colchester local delivery: will be closed between 24/12/2022 - 02/01/2023
** We are trying our best to dispatch the parcels on time. But due to the uncertainty of carriers, there is still a chance for delayed delivery.
