Join me on a Lunar New Year culinary adventure as we explore the realm of Crayfish Stir-Fry Noodles – a delectable dish intertwining the lively essence of succulent crayfish with the cosy embrace of stir-fried noodles. Crayfish Stir Fry Noodles: A Delight for Lunar New Year Celebrations







1. Cook noodles as per packet instructions
2. Slice 5 spring onions in half - set aside. Clean the bean sprouts by clipping both ends and rinse.
3. Head pan with oil and stir fry the noodles, add 1 tbs soy, dark soy sauce, salt and msg (optional) then hand full of spring onions and stir.



1. In a pan/wok with vegetable oil, add 3 cloves smashed garlic, add crayfish and stir followed by ginger, then add the remaining scallions with 1tbs salt, a cup of water, 1tbs cornflour with 1/4 of water to thicken the sauce, let it simmer for 5 mins on low heat.
2. Plate both dishes together and ready to be served. Enjoy!
