Spicy Garlic Eggplant

Ingredients

  • 350g eggplant(s) (about 2 pieces, cut into strips)
  • 90g minced pork 1 sachet Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Stir-fry Sauce

Method

  1. Deep-fry eggplant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 Tbsp oil until done.
  3. Add spicy garlic stir-fry sauce. Stir well until heated through.
