Ingredients
- 350g eggplant(s) (about 2 pieces, cut into strips)
- 90g minced pork 1 sachet Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Stir-fry Sauce
Method
- Deep-fry eggplant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drain.
- Stir-fry minced pork in 1 Tbsp oil until done.
- Add spicy garlic stir-fry sauce. Stir well until heated through.
