Genshu - Undiluted Sake with Highly Fragrant

Genshu Sake, meaning "undiluted sake," is bottled at full strength after fermentation and filtration, without additional water to lower its alcohol content. This results in a richer, more intense flavour profile, with an alcohol content typically ranging from 17-19%.
