Honjozo - Enhanced with a Small Amount of brewer's Alcohol

本釀造

Sake, is a traditional rice wine brewed from rice, water, yeast, and koji mould. A key part of Japanese culture, Sake Drink offers a variety of styles and flavours, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.

Honjozo Sake is a premium variety that includes a small amount of brewer’s alcohol added during fermentation to enhance its aroma and flavour. Unlike lower-quality sakes that use added alcohol to increase volume, Honjozo is crafted to refine its taste and texture. The rice used in Honjozo Sake must be milled to at least 70%, while Tokubetsu (special) Honjozo requires either a higher milling rate of 60% or a unique brewing method. This style of Sake Drink is smooth, light-bodied, and easy to drink, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and seasoned sake enthusiasts.

Perfect for any setting, Honjozo Sake can be enjoyed warm, at room temperature, or slightly chilled.

There are many varieties of sake to explore, including  Daiginjo ,  Ginjo ,  Junmai ,  Honjozo , Futsushu ,  Koshu ,  Genshu ,  Taru Sake ,  Namazake  and  Nigori .
