- 150g enoki mushroom
- 100g king oyster mushroom (sliced)
- 12 slices beef slices
- A little coriander (for garnish)
- A little salt
- A little coarse ground black peppercorns
- 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Dumplings
- Season the beef slices with salt and black pepper.
- Clean enoki mushroom and sliced king oyster mushrooms. Roll up with beef slices.
- Pan-fry beef roll until done.
- Serve with Sauce for Dumplings. Serve hot.
