Recipe- Mushroom Beef Rolls

Ingredients

  • 150g enoki mushroom
  • 100g king oyster mushroom (sliced)
  • 12 slices beef slices
  • A little coriander (for garnish)
  • A little salt
  • A little coarse ground black peppercorns

 

Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Dumplings

Method

  1. Season the beef slices with salt and black pepper.
  2. Clean enoki mushroom and sliced king oyster mushrooms. Roll up with beef slices.
  3. Pan-fry beef roll until done.
  4. Serve with Sauce for Dumplings. Serve hot.
