- Fuxing Longkour Vermicelli Beans Thread 100g
- 450g Minced Pork
- 1 Carrot
- Jade Phonix Whole Black Fungus 40g
- 30g Spring Onion
- Bamboo Tree Vietnamese Rice Paper Round 25cm, 20 sheets
- 1 tbsp, Tiparos Fish Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
Step-by-Step Guide:

Making the Filling:
- Soak Vermicelli noodles in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain and cut into ¼ inch pieces.
- Soak black fungus for at least an hour in cold water.
- Combine minced pork, Vermicelli noodles, black fungus, carrot, spring onion, fish sauce, eggs, salt, black pepper, and sugar in a mixing bowl until well-blended.

- Rinse rice paper sheets quickly in water to soften them and place them on a flat surface.
- Add a handful of filling near one edge, tightly fold the wrapper, and roll the spring roll forward for 1 complete revolution.
- Fold both sides towards the middle to seal. No additional sealing is required.
