In Starry Mart’s 15th anniversary, we are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our inaugural London branch situated in Fulham. Committed to innovation, our Fulham location will introduce pioneering retail concepts such as NFC sake-tasting machines, Click and Collect services, and intelligent checkout systems. Moreover, our stores will continue to offer an array of delectable options including lunch boxes, sushi, and specialty Asian bakery products. Our mission is to enrich London's cultural landscape by showcasing the diversity of Asian cuisine and traditions. Through food, we aim to foster cultural exchange and establish our branch as a hub for Asian culture.

In 2014, Starry Asian Market UK (Ltd) opened a brand-new store in Colchester, Essex. It has since attracted many students and residents as the location is situated at a residential area but also within walking distance for the student studying at the University of Essex. The store has recently been expanded and renovated in 2020, creating a more modern-day shopping experience for customers. Additionally, we now stock fresh imported fruit and vegetables, fresh hand-made bakery products and have introduced new range of unique Asian food and beverages from China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Starry Kent was founded in 2008 by students studying at University of Kent. They spotted an opportunity in the market amongst the international students studying at the University of Kent. The original store was located at Northgate, Central Canterbury specializing in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean products. It was Starry Asian Market UK (Ltd)’s first ever store. Starry Kent has now been relocated to Broad Oak Road, the current store is 300sqm which is 7.5 times bigger than the original store allowing us to stock a wider range of products, but also introducing fresh imported fruit and vegetables and fresh hand-made bakery products.

The upcoming launch of a new Starry Mart Branch Store at Canterbury Riverside Development is eagerly anticipated, with its doors scheduled to open in September 2023 (TBC). Our primary objective is to serve the local community effectively by offering exceptional culinary delights and the highest level of convenience. To achieve this goal, we have meticulously redesigned our store concept, tailoring it to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers. Our new store concept emphasizes Ready-To-Eat Hot Food to Go, encompassing a delectable array of options ranging from savoury buns and flavorful Oden to tantalizing Bentos, Sushi, and more. Furthermore, patrons can indulge in the delight of freshly handmade bakery items and pastries available within the store.
