You agree to pay all fees incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.

If you pay by Visa or Master card, your card issuer agreement governs your use of your card, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT Starry Mart, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If Starrymart.co.uk Limited does not receive payment from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Starry Asian Market (UK) Limited.

If payment is made by PayPal® or Alipay, the user agreement for the PayPal or Alipay service, respectively, will govern your use of that service, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a PayPal or Alipay member. YOU, AND NOT Starry Mart, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR PAYPAL OR ALIPAY ACCOUNT BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If StarryMart does not receive payment through the PayPal or Alipay service, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by StarryMart.

Unless expressly set forth on the Site, StarryMart does not accept any other payment form. If Starry Mart offers or accepts any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such other form of payment.
