Penang Curry Noodles is a dish made popular by the Peranakan of Cantonese origin. Ibumie Penang White Curry aromatic flavour comes from its’ curry paste which is made from a selection of fresh spices such as lengkuas (galangal), kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass and other aromatic spices. Finishing off the broth with a sachet of non-dairy creamer will give you a bowl of bright orangey curry noodles as good as one freshly made by a Penang street hawker.
