Ingredients:
*Vermicelli: Mung bean starch
*Sauce: Water, soy sauce [water, soybean, salt, wheat], glucose syrup, carrot, shiitake mushroom, black mushroom, bracken (also known as Gosari), garlic, onion, salt, flavour enhancer E627 E831, thickening E412, yeast extract powder.
*Sesame flavoured oil: Sesame oil, soybean oil, antioxidant E306 from soy
