- Prepare ingredients (Such as Chicken, Prawn, vegetables)
- Mix the tempura batter with ice-cold water (Batter : Water ratio = 1 : 1.5). Do not over mix. Dip the ingredients into the mixed batter.
- Deep fry with cooking oil at 170°C - 180°C until cooked through.
