Seasoned soybean paste for meat. Sunchang Ssamjang (Seasoned Soybean Paste) is one of the essential traditional fermented condiments used in Korean cuisine. Spicy Ssamjang is a mixed paste of gochuajng (red chilli pepper paste), which is frequently used as a dipping sauce for wrapping a cooked meat and steamed rice within veggetable leaves such as lettuces, cabbages and sesame leaves.
