Place rice vermicelli into boiling water, cover and turn the heat off. After some 3-4 minutes loosen vermicelli with a fork, drain and rinse under cold water, rice vermicelli is then ready for frying or adding to soup. They can also be added to meat, seafood, chicken, meatballs, fishballs and a variety of canned foods and curries.
