Ingredients:

Soybean Oil, Broad Bean Paste (Chilli Pepper, Broad Bean, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour), Chilli Pepper 6%, Salt, Sugar, Seasoning [Water, Wheat Flour, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Soybean Paste (Water, Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)), Thickener (Guar Gum, Hydroxy Propyl Distarch Phosphate), Flavour Enhancer (Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring, Ginger], Garlic, Yeast Extract, Pickled Ginger [Ginger, Water, Slat, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite)], Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Flavouring, Sichuan Pepper 1%, Grian Spirit, Fennel, Star-anise, Cassia, Aromatic Ginger, Angelica, Laurel, Flavour Enhancer (Disodium 5'-ribonucleotides).

Cooking Instructions:

1. [Clean] Clean 1.5kg Crayfish with water.
2. [Stir Fry] Pour 100ml vegetable oil into the pot and heat. Add some shallot sections, ginger slices and garlic. After the spices smell is fried, add the washed crayfish and this product. Stir more 1-3 minutes until the crayfish turn red.
3. [Braise] Add 500ml water or beer and then heat to boil. Turn to the lower fire, simmer in a lid for 20-30 minutes until the soup is thick. Serve and enjoy.
