- Rinse Chicken Feet, Vegetable or Beans. Set aside.
- Cook chiken feet. Let it cool. Marinade chicken feet in chilli seasoning, cooking wine and chilli pepper mix.
- Poach chicken feet for 4 hours. Poach vegetables and beans for 1 hour and serve.
