lodised Salt (Salt, lodine), Citric Acid, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Miso (10%) (Soya Bean, Rice, Salt). Flavourings, Tamarind (6%), Emulsifier: Gum Arabic, Onion, Tomato, Sugar, Wheat Flour (contains gluten), Maltodextrin, Spices, Palm Oll.

Preparation Instructions.
- Saute Garlic, Onion and Tomato in a pan
- 2Add 500g of Meat/Fish to water and boll.
- Pour in the contents of the packet.
- Add vegetables and simmer to cook on low heat.
