- Put 2 cups of Glutinous Rice in a large bowl. Add 6 cups of cold water. Allow it to soak for at least 8 to 24 hours. For faster preparation time, soak in hot water for 3 hours.
- Drain the rice and put in a steamer. Cook for 25 minutes or till the rice becomes tender
- After te cooking process, you will have 4 1/2 cups of delicious Glutinous Rice. Put the cooked rice in a bamboo basket or a bowl, covered with cloth to keep it warm and prevent it from drying out.
