Edible Oil (Palm Oil), Shallot, Garlic, Dried Shrimps, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Coriander, Chili, Maize Flour, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) and Sodium Benzoate (E211).
- Water 900ml, Coconut Milk 200ml, Chicken 300g, Yellow Noodles 500g/Instant Noodles 5 Pieces, Prawns, Fried Bean Curds, Bean Sprouts, Fish Cakes, Cockles, Hard Boiled Eggs and Laksa Leaves.
- Fry MAK NYONYA Nyonya Curry Laksa Sauce until fragrant. Add in water, mix well and bring to boil. Then, add in chicken pieces, prawns and fried bean curds, simmer until cooked. Add in coconut milk and laksa leaves, bring to boil.
- Blanch noodles, cockles & bean sprouts, serve with fish cakes and 1/2 hard boiled egg in a soup bowl. Pouring hot MAK NYONYA Nyonya Curry Laksa into the soup bowl, ready to serve.
