"Ochazuke", also known as "chazuke" is a very popular, traditional Japanese dish made by pouring hot green tea over rice with savory toppings. This delicious dish is flavored with green tea! Our "Ochazuke Nori" contains seaweed and crispy rice cracker with green tea flavor! All you have to do is add hot water.
INGREDIENTS: SALT, RICE CRACKER, SUGAR, MONOSODIUM L-GLUTAMATE, LAVER, GREEN TEA POWDER, KELP POWDER, DISODIUM 5’-INOSINATE, DISODIUM 5’-GUANYLATE.
Directions: Place cooked rice(3.5oz./100g) in a bowl, and add 1 packet of Ochazuke Nori. Pour boiling water(5fl.oz./150ml).
