Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Gluten) (62%), Tapioca Starch (25%), Iodised Salt (4%), Spices (Garlic, Pepper) (3.5%), Raising Agent (E450i, E500ii) (3%), Yeast Extrace (2%), Thickener (E412) (0.5%).

Cooking Direction:
- Divide flour mix into 2 parts. Mix 1st part of flour with cool water, ratio 1 cup of flour mix with 1 cup of cool water.
- Dip meat or vegetable into the 1st part mixture, coast in well. Then put them onto the 2nd part of flour, coat them evenly and shake off excess flour.
- Deep fried in hot oil until brown, place on the paper to remove excess oil.
