Sato No Kiri-Mochi Paritto Slit 2 Slits
Dashi Powder 3g
Water 400ml
Miso 2 Tablespoons
Tofu 50g
Dried Seaweed 5g

 Method:

 1.Dice the tofu and rehydrate the wakame seaweed.
 2.Put the soup stock in a pan and heat it. When it boils, add tofu and wakame seaweed.
 3.Melt the miso little by little and turn off the heat just before boiling.
 4.Mochi is baked in an oven toaster and put in miso soup in a bowl to eat.
