Roasted Cauliflower Steak


  • 1 medium cauliflower, trimmed of leaves
  • ½ red pepper, thick strips
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 spring onions, trimmed
  • Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing


Heat the oven to 220C / 200C fan / gas 7. Cut cauliflower into 4 steaks (2 cm thick).

Brush them with oil, place on baking sheet with red pepper, scatter spring onions. Roast in oven for 15 minutes until charred around the edges.

Transfer to plates, drizzle with Roasted Sesame Dressing.
