  • 4 or 6 small cups/containers
  • A pot 
  • Boba ladle scoop

 

Steps

  1. Chop some lychees into small pieces. Place them evenly into the container.
  2. Pour the lychee water into a pot.
  3. Add 500ml water to the pot.
  4. Add some sugar and white grass jelly powder 20g.
  5. Mix well to let them dissolve. Heat until boiling and make sure all the powered ingredients are dissolved well.
  6. Pour into these moulds.
  7. Cooled down at least 30mins.
  8. Top with boba and garnish with mint leaves.
